By accessing or using any services provided by ViaeCode (operated by Softbridge Systems), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ViaeCode provides custom software development services including, but not limited to, business websites, mobile applications, custom industry tools, and workflow automation. The scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables specified in their contract. ViaeCode retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed during the engagement for future projects. Any third-party libraries or open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement. Invoices are due within the period specified therein. ViaeCode reserves the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding balances.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
ViaeCode's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall ViaeCode be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Portugal.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
